How we choose to use is where we will go in life

According to the 1st Law of Thermodynamics — Energy cannot be created or destroyed. It can only be transferred around for one place to another. Now let’s put in perspective that everything in this world is comprised of energy.

From the clothes we wear, to the food we eat. All of the things in our world is made up of energy. There is never any new energy in this world. It is only transferred from one place to another.

In a closed loop, energy continues to go around. If you want more of something in this world. All you simply desire is more energy.

Think about it for a second. Which job takes more energy? Does a job that requires manual labor all day or a job that requires mental thinking make more money?

Hint: The answer lies in what organ requires the most energy to function.

Our brains is responsible for roughly 20–25% of all the energy we take in. It helps us make better decisions in life. With the amount of energy our brain takes, it is responsible for the automatic function of the rest of our bodies.

The thing is that people who want to have a better life have to make better decisions. The choices we make lead to how our life turns out. We can…
